## 功能

文本与十六进制互转。encode: 字符串→Hex，decode: Hex→字符串。

## 工具定义

### tool: hex_encode
**description:** 文本编码为Hex 编解码格式。
**parameters:**
  - text (string, required): 要编码的文本

**api endpoint:** `POST https://hex.shxai.space`

### tool: hex_decode
**description:** Hex 编解码格式解码为原始文本。
**parameters:**
  - text (string, required): 要解码的文本

**api endpoint:** `POST https://hex.shxai.space/decode`

## 示例

```bash
# 编码
curl -X POST https://hex.shxai.space -d "hello"

# 解码
curl -X POST https://hex.shxai.space/decode -d "encoded_text"
```
